about us
In 2004, the company’s foundations were laid by Richard Chase as he carried out high-end kitchen and bathroom installations. Richard’s high-standards of craftsmanship and excellent customer service led to quick organic growth as clients recommended him to family and friends. With expansion in 2006, Richard’s son, Daniel, joined and they set about creating a strong team of local, skilled subcontractors spanning a range of trades excelling in larger and more detailed projects incorporating every discipline within the residential construction trade.
RSC Bespoke Renovations was formed.
Fast-forward to 2022 and, building on a solid base of successfully delivered projects and dependable service, the decision was made to expand the business further. Richard expressed an interest in retirement and the business welcomed Lee Green as a director. Lee’s understanding of company management, residential building, bespoke joinery and glazing added to Dan’s considerable skill-base and enhanced RSC’s offer to its clients.
Together, Dan and Lee personally project manage every build across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, giving clients a personal level of service and values that ensure the high-quality finishes RSC Bespoke Renovations are known for.

lee green
Lee grew up in a building family and was taught carpentry and aspects of house-building by his father as he followed him around his building sites in exchange for pocket money! With his early career in bespoke joinery draughting and surveying, he developed an eye for detail and quality which he still holds central in everything he does.
After 15 years spent owning and managing bespoke glazing companies, Lee left the glazing industry to return to his roots in building and partnered with Dan at RSC Bespoke Renovations.
Lee will usually be found on site where he is in his element or behind the wheel of a classic VW at weekends.

daniel chase
An experienced Project Manager, Daniel has led a wide range of builds from conception to completion since joining the family business. His interest in design-led builds is reflected in the high-quality finish of the work he facilitates.
Daniel trained as an Electrician and has always enjoyed finding the simplest solution to deliver sophisticated results. He now heads up the in-house project management team, working closely with clients to deliver their dreams.
Now based in the Ely area, Daniel is a family man and places these values at the centre of all the work RSC Bespoke Renovations undertake.
